This is canon with Midnight Shift. It does reveal some things about their storyline nearly 30 years after the present chapter of Midnight Shift. It is also very sad at points. So keep that in mind when/if you read it. I cried while writing it and that rarely happens. And no, I don't think it came out at all how anyone who voted for it expected.

It also took me so long to write it because of school. Sorry about that. I'll be posting the entry to nominate tomorrow and hopefully I can crank out the March Song Challenge before the end of the week since it's my spring break.
